Last year I realized, with the help of my mother, a guesthouse in a villa of my father.
The villa covers about 600 mq and includes 6 spacious bedrooms (with 2 and 3 beds), 3 large bathrooms, a cheerful kitchen, a large dining room opened on the garden, a living room with sofas and television and a laundry. In the park of the villa you will find fruit trees, exotics plants, deck chairs and shower.
The guests can thus enjoy not only there own coloured bedrooms, but also the other pleasant and fresh places of the villa. My guests can use the villa as there own without problems of cleanings!!
Moreover the villa is very close to beautiful sea-sides (8 km far from the beaches of Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione della Pescaia).

RATES: €30,00 daily for each guest ( € 8,00 supplement for single room )
OFFERS UNTILL JUNE the 15th: € 27,00 from monday to friday
HOW TO ARRIVE: on the motorway exit at “ Grosseto nord “, go on to Grosseto, pass the indication for “Grosseto” and follow the indication for “Castiglione della Pescaia”. You will be on the “castiglionese road”, here you have to pass the Military Airport, go ahead for 800 m. and then turn on the right in the private road of the villa.
